You can find our general size guide here . Measure your bust, waist, and hips, and compare them to our chart to find your best fit. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the smaller one for a fitted size and a larger one for comfort.
Hvordan passer jeres pasform?
Most of our items are true to size, but fit can vary depending on the style and fabric.
Do you use plus size models?
Yes! We believe in showing how our clothing fits real curves. Our models wear sizes that reflect the average plus-size woman, so you can better imagine how the item will look on you.
Our STUDIO model is always a size eu 42/44.
Bruger i AI billeder?
Vi bestræber os på at være så autentiske som muligt og ønsker samtidig at være transparente som leverandør.
Fra den 2. august 2026 bliver det lovpligtigt at markere AI-genereret indhold med et vandmærke. Derfor vil de produkter, hvor billeder er genereret ved hjælp af AI, være tydeligt markeret.

Hvornår trækkes betalingen?
Payment is drawn when we ship out your order.
We reserve the money, but have not drawn the money yet when you place the order.

Vi accepterer Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, MobilePay samt andre sikre betalingsløsninger afhængigt af dit land.
Kan jeg betale senere (Klarna, AfterPay)?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options like Klarna's “Pay Later” or “Slice It” — available at checkout where supported.
Forsendelse & levering
Hvor lang er leveringstiden?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days in Denmark and 4–10 business days for international shipping. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Hvilke leveringsmetoder kan jeg vælge?
When checking out and filling out the shipping information, you can choose a shipping method.
Kan jeg ændre leveringsmetoden?
When an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping method. We recommend you contact us immediately, so we can cancel the order and you can re-order again with the correct shipping method.
Kan jeg spore min ordre?
If tracking is included in your chosen shipping method, we will send out a tracking number for your shipment.

Kan jeg annullere min ordre?
Yes, you can always cancel your order before we ship it.
Please cancel it before we ship it out of the warehouse. You will receive an email when the package has been shipped. When the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Kan jeg ændre en ordre, efter den er afgivet?
No, you cannot change your order after it has been placed. You can contact us, and we can cancel the order for you.
Retur
Kan jeg returnere en vare købt online i en fysisk butik?
No, you will have to return the item to us by sending it back with a return label and return form, which is provided in your package.
Kan jeg ombytte en vare til en anden størrelse?
You can return your package, and re-order in the correct size.
Jeg ønsker at returnere min onlineordre, men jeg vil ikke benytte jeres returservice. Er det i orden?
If you want to use another return service, you must take into account that the package is out of our responsibility.
For package returns, it needs to be sent to the correct address and only to our warehouse. We do not accept packages that need to be picked up in a parcel shop. It has to be direct shipping. If that happens, the package will be returned to you. Therefore we recommend to use the return label followed in your original package, or contact us and we can send you one via email.
Please keep tracking of your package, so you know it will arrive at our warehouse.

Hvor lang tid går der, før jeg får min refundering?
When the package has arrived, we usually take 2-4 business days to process your package. When the return package has been inspected, we issue a refund.
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 1-6 business days before the refund is visible.
