When is the payment drawn?

Payment is drawn when we ship out your order.

We reserve the money, but have not drawn the money yet when you place the order.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies of which country the order needs to be sent to.

Denmark - 2 - 4 working days

Outside of Denmark - 2 - 6 working days

Though we always strive to send your order and process it, as quick as possible.

Which shipping methods can I choose?

When checking out and filling the shipping information, you can choose a shipping method.

Can I change the shipping method?

When an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping method. We recommend you contact us immediately, so we can cancel the order and you can re-order again with correct shipping method.

I have not received my package, what can I do?

Please contact us on send@studio-clothing.dk and we can help track your package.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can always cancel your order before we ship it.

Please cancel it before we ship it out of the warehouse. You will recieve an email when the package has been shipped. When the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

No, you cannot change your order after it has been placed. You can contact us, and we can cancel the order for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return an item purchased online to a physical store?

No, you will have to return the item to us by sending it back with a return label and return form, that is provided in your package.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

You can return your package, and re-order in correct size.

I wish to return my online order, but I do not want to use your return service. Is that okay?

If you want to use another return service, you must take in to account that the package is out of our responsibility.

For package returns, it needs to be sent to correct adress and only to our warehouse. We do not accept packages, that needs to picked up in a parcel shop. It has to be direct shipping.

Please keep tracking of your package, so you know it will arrive at our warehouse.

I have received the wrong item / or an item is missing. What should I do?

Please contact us, if you have any issues with your package.

It will help us, if you can provide images.

How long will it take to get my refund?

When the package has arrived, we usually take 2-4 business days to process your package. When the return package has been inspected, we issue a refund.

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 1-6 business days before the refund is visible.
